Call 583-6755 to order pinworm collection kit.

Collect before patient rises in morning, before a bowel movement or bath.

Using the side of the collection paddle marked “Sticky Side”, press the gummed surface against several areas of the perianal region.

Return the paddle to the plastic container and secure the cap.

Submit to lab within 24 hours of collection.
