As of February 2025, Covenant Healthcare has discontinued the Helicobacter Pylori (H. Pylori) Antibody- IgG Testing.
Immunoglobulin IgG testing for H. Pylori infections is no longer recommended since IgG Testing cannot distinguish between a current or a past infection. 
This test does not provide evidence sufficient to treat the patient and a positive result could lead to unnecessary treatment.
