Collection Requirements

Collection paper is provided in the Ultra kit. Alternatively, collect in a clean cup.

Scrape the surface of the fecal sample with the sample probe that is part of the vial cap.

Cover the grooved portion of the sample probe.

Place the sample probe/cap back into the vial and screw the cap on tightly.

Do not re-open.

Physician must order Ultra or immunoassay testing on feces.

No special diet required.

Single specimen in an Ultra vial.
