Venipuncture only, do not draw from line.
Must be a full draw.
Mix thoroughly immediately after collection.

Remote draws must be centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 15 min, separated, filtered, and fast frozen within 15 min. of collection.
Specimen cannot thaw before testing.
Pour off into two plactic tubes.
