PEAK AND TROUGH DRUG LEVELS SHOULD BE DRAWN DURING THE SAME DOSE CYCLE WITH THE PEAK DRAWN (30-60 min after IV dose), AND THE TROUGH DRAWN (immediately prior to the next dose).
